If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will resell the item at 15% commission. We will send you a contract to put with the item to ship to our center. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The credit card that is given to Proxibid will be charged after the auction for your purchase plus buyer's premium. There are no exceptions. Our sellers need to be paid within one week of the auction. Shipping will be an additional charge after we have received a signed copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer you choose to have them shipped to. A $30.00 charge will be assessed if the credit card is declined.
Items will be shipped with in 14 working days after we receive a legible FFL.
If you are faxing the FFL please write the license number, expiration date, address to ship the firearm to (FFL premises) and bidder name on form due to not being able to read the fax. We would also like it to be mailed. A legible FFL with all the proper information will speed the process of shipping your purchase.
If we have a copy of the FFL please let us know during the week after the auction.
If we do not receive a FFL within two weeks of the auction date we will sell the items at the next auction and the proceeds will be sent to you minus commissions and any other expenses incurred.
